How does it work?

1. SETTING UP A BV (Limited company)
The choice has been made to set up a Besloten Vennootschap ( a Limited Liability Company), in order to protect you from personal liability. E.T.S. will guide you in preparing the dossier for the notary, in going to the notary, etc.

2. BANKING
After setting up the B.V. and the registration at the Chamber of Commerce, you can open a bank account. Also in this E.T.S. will take care that all the necessary paperwork gets to the bank , so that opening a bank account will be arranged quickly. Both at the notary and at the bank, the founder of the B.V. has to be present in person. E.T.S. can make both appointments on the same day so you lose as little (working) time as possible.

3. TRANSPORT PERMIT
Transport companies, active in road transport of goods, must have a EURO-permit. This euro permit has to be applied for at NIWO. Also in the whole procedure with regards to obtaining this licence E.T.S. are the designated party to guide you. We take care of the complete file and are the contact for NIWO should there be any questions. E.T.S. know the rules for obtaining the license and we guide and support you and your business, so that your company meets and will continue to meet the criteria for granting the permit. After you have received authorisation your office is operational with E.T.S. in The Netherlands and with our daily support we help ensure that you can make your business to a success.
